I'm afraid it's the opposite. Right now, fart, piss and scat scenes combined are less than 10% of the content. So you can enjoy more than 90% of the content if you disable extreme filters, which I think is a nice detail coming from the dev. Maybe shit sniffers are even nicer than non shit sniffers 😉

The dev has to be a leperous goat herder. Somehow this has patrons, they must be fine people in whatever institution they're incarcerated or whatever register they're mandated to be on.
