Youāre moving with your best friend to the city of Kredon, home to some of the best schools and universities in the country, to continue your studies. However, in Kredon, thereās only one thing everyone talks about: ETERNUMāthe virtual, hyper-reality MMORPG game released a few years ago that revolutionized the world of technology.
With a neural implant that recreates the five senses, it becomes impossible to distinguish between the game and the real world.
Thousands of servers form the network of Eternum: from colorful, magic-filled fantasy worlds to foggy sci-fi cities, no world is beyond reach.
Nevertheless, looking beyond the surface, there's a darker side to this pretty facade: black markets, torture, Rough Sex, illegal content trafficking, unlawful assemblies, data theftā¦ Eternum follows the rules of no man.
For some reason, governments turn a blind eye to this; thereās no regulation and no control. Some say itās because the game is highly addictive, some say itās because the market moves millions of dollars daily, some say those in power have been bribed, and others sayā¦ thereās something else going on.
And you? Whatās your role in this story?

Too much euphoria. I played it myself. Not bad at all, one of the better games, but too much whistles and bells in the story.

Pretty good , as in not the art and concept but the writing aswell, i snorted when buff chick trigged the Darksouls boss music XD

OMG...one of the best games I've ever played!! The funny moments and the expressions of the characters are very good, but it's the little details that make this gem stand out from the rest of the ordinary garbage... the surprising camera close-ups, the atmosphere of each server but especially the music (I love the song that plays when you are dreaming), it adapts perfectly to what is happening. If you haven't played it, give it a try.
Anyone else get "corrupted archive" errors from files like this from itch.io site w/every DL? Tried a dozen DLs on various files, and all the same.
I don't think any of the games on this site could ever live up to this absolute masterpiece. I am stunned, everything in this game is perfect, the girls, the animations, the writing. 11/10 for sure.

Now, this is nice, a game whose plot finds excuses for you to visit MORE environments, instead of trying to make a grindy piece of crap reusing the same assets for hours of play. Lazy cheap devs take note--this is what you get when you actually invest in your game, it comes back to you.
