Astolfo is canonically a male character who likes dressing as a girl. Even his armor has a skirt. When Jean found out in the anime (Fate Apocripha) she was stunned by it too. She tought Astolfo was a girl.
So no futa in there, except for the text in the textbox. It's just a femboy. Which is pretty gay, but to each their own.
If DEV HIDE TAGS. impossible know without play this shit.

Tags should serve a purpose. For you to play game with your favorite tags or avoid with crap tags. You are free to play gay games. But i am searching for games with male MC straight. No futa. No gay. No MMMF. No trap. No netorare; No gay voyeur MC. And all variants.
But the DEV "forget" crap tags. But Harem always here. Even if ZERO MFFF harem content.

Regarding the characters Osakabehime and Penth(somethingsomethingshehasalongname), the "book" catalyst in the library is on the table on the right, where Murasaki is sitting. Depending on version, it might be hard to see. (Look for a random rectangular thing that doesn't look like part of the table.)
After summoning Osakabehime, a talk option should be available in her room, where she mentions buying something off amazoness (in game amazon) that would serve as the next step to summon Penth, but sadly no new item appears in the shop.
Do with this information as you will, in the island event, Penth is available even if you didn't unlock her as a character. Same applies for Hasako's double.
