It does. Weird thing is, the game still blocks content with a "available in a future release" or sth like that. so wth, the game is FAR from being finished. stpd a** dev can't even finish one project before starting another (which will likely not getting done either?)
its a full release of v0.11 that's what 'c' means first he releases 'a' (alpha) then 'b' (beta) and then 'c' (complete)

In spa if I click on an item that needs to be cleaned a message would popup saying "An exception has occurred." with a line of code and it also happens when you buy wine, and when you tell stories with Samantha. Makes is so that you can't continue the quest line for Samantha.
