You need to go to the strip club's VIP room on a night that Roxy is working (don't know which days that is) and click on the couch. If you have the disguise you'll get an option to use it. At least that's how it worked in 0.5.4.

if this is from a saved game, just start over, there are a lot of additions that interrupt the code. i just started over and it works fine
