Five of a Kind is a 2D point-and-click adventure game inspired by the old Sierra and LucasArts games of the late 1980's & early 1990's.
Story
You play a frustrated, young computer and video game enthusiast living at home with your overextended and stressed mother, Meredith, and your self-centered and aloof sister, Brooke.
Nominally, you and your two friends: ever-scheming, wannabe ladies' man Scott; and hyperkinetic savant Nicole, set out to uncover the mysterious disappearance of the mercurial Dr. Joystick; however, you find the seemingly more mundane situations in your own home to be more rewarding.​

- Added a Debug Room, accessible from anywhere in the game by pressing Alt-Shift-Backslash (not Backspace). The Debug Room is a work in progress, but it is intended to be a sandbox to help make testing easier and give the player some tools to fix any issues where their save games got broken.
- Remastered Meredith’s phone calls to Esmeralda to use colored lines and use a fully emoting/expressive head.
- This update adds a new Campgrounds location where MC is challenged by Meredith to practice what she's taught him to try and "sow his wild oats". Reluctantly, MC befriends a fiery young adventurer named Ginny.
- There is about 45+ minutes of new gameplay.

I like the concept, this game has good ideas, and the art is competent, but it lacks sex scenes, and lewd scenes in general. This still has a lot of potential if the dev hasn't given up on it.

With no hints and no walkthrough this game is just bloody difficult
There is a vague hint system. Go to the book and you can see the individual characters with something about what to do next.
Hello, Folks! I'm this game's dev. The latest version (v0.3.0.2) fixes a lot of issues with the hints in the journal. I don't know how to update the link to get the latest hotfix up there, but that's probably related to the fact that I don't know how the game got on this website in the first place.
