Downloaded fine for me. With this download link you just need to close the popups and keep clicking to download until it starts (sometimes takes 2 or 3 clicks before it does). The download speed is ok...not the best but not horrible.

That may be true but the change makes me question the new download site. MEGA may not be better but for me it is proven to be ok so far, so why does the DEV need to mix things up using a new for me random download site?
