you have to go to you room and pema tell yo that you have a phone call, the call is from julie, next go to talk to her in the streets, then go and talk whit lin, go back to your study and writhe the a letter, deliver the letter to julie, then wait for a day, talk to her in the phone see the scenes, talk with pema find the letter in the study talk whit pema again (the letter is from pema), and then talk with julie in the streets.
finish the other smaller quest first like the equalist in prison and shady's deal the buy some rope and go find korra
talk to korra. suppose to bring her to the mountain with you, talk to everyone at southpole village and invite them to the birthday. then talk to zuli to start the party after getting the gift and guests
When Jornora and Her mom want to have sex wait and say youāre going to get Jinora a gift, this will unlock her sex scene. Also, go to home and talk about the party. At the end of the block of text it will tell you where to go next.

yes but the twins tell me to go find a treasure in the mine which I can't find. It just says "I don't think there's anything else to find in here" or something like that when i'm in the mine. I didn't unlock the twins sex scene the first time down there.
