just download the game as is, and copy your old game/saves folder from the older version into the newer one. As with literally all ren'py games. (provided that the save files are compatible, but I haven't seen any issues whatsoever regarding those from Ren'py games before)
Who cares anyway it's just a game not reality ! And if it was reality then again if both partners are conscious of their acts then it doesn't matter .
Oh maybe... but what's the age of consent in the avatar universe?
<spoiler>Zhaofu (city of the metal clan) was added, and a bunch of content where you can get closer to some girls. Mostly 4 of them, but there are some extra content for the avatars too. Als oyou can kinda strip an additional girl on top of these. Once. Or twice, depends on how much undressing you'd consider stripping. topless, of full nude only.</spoiler>
