No MILFs unless you count the teacher, and even then there's only one (or perhaps two possible in total) sex scenes with her. Though, I haven't played the latest update. I suppose it could one day be possible to sleep with your aunt too if the dev wants to make the game go that way.
Already my favorite, I really enjoyed the story, and the end just made me want more and more.
I recommend the game, a little more CG would be great, but even so I found it very interesting.
