There is no such NTR scene there is only one scene between Leah and Alice in her room but that is not NTR rather it is lesbianism, so do not look for that NTR scene because there is no NTR.

If you're on Android, you're shit out of luck. The vast majority of Android Ren'Py games don't offer a way to add patch files. (Third-party conversions are even less likely, but a lot of those build in those patches.) Some games do it, like Summertime Saga or Ecchi Sensei, but that's an extreme rarity.
If you're on a desktop OS (Win/Mac/Linux), however, put the file into "%installfolder%/game", where "%installfolder%" is where the EXE/SH files are.
