There is no real NTR in this game. The sister has a lesbian relationship with another girl who ends up becoming a love interest of the MC as well. In any case the sister tells the MC pretty early on, that she fancies him more anyway.

There's a part of the game, where it's going to have a impact on the story line and you got no choice but to except it, and it would be nice if you had that choice, as you where warned about it during the game.
