Eh.. technically... The "NTR" I would say is the MC catching/watching his sister have sex/fool around with another girl since your MC loves his sister, but this is before the MC/Sister hookup. However..... *SPOILER ALERT PAST THIS.................* The MC ends up being able to fuck them both. Separately and in a threesome, including that girls younger sister! So you don't witness any of your loved ones actually "cheating" on you after you start a relationship with them.
No not really. Early on in the game, you could technically say the relationship between the sister and her girlfriend is very mild form of NTR. But since the MC eventually ends up in bed with both of them, and they are potentially both his girlfriends in the future. It becomes meaningless after a while.
