you can overwrite saves with new saves as you play or you can go into the furrhouse folder then click on the game folder and then open the folder named saves, they are located there, ignore the other guy, as hes clearly a brainless basement troll

well atleast its mostly you the player playing as a futa, which i find more palatable than fucking one, the whole futa thing has been around for friggin ever unfortunately (look at doujin sites, they have porn doujins with futa dating back like 20 years or more, i have seen adult doujins from the 80s, you can tell by the art, if the art looks like robotech anime and manga then its old, lol)
