Try find a dev console cheat file online (that works for every game that doesn't have dev/console blocked) & enable it.
I just edit stats to speed up gameplay for games that don't carry progress between versions, you can break stuff so be careful, but it's better than going back through it at the normal pace. 🙂
Get a laptop if you don't want to be tied to a PC.
