In all seriousness that is one of the more annoying design choices. The way it tends to work is you choose to do the drugs Ć2 and reject an option to quit.
I think there are ways to trigger the bad ending without getting the option to back out. Which sucks.

Great game! My only issue is that to get into all the content you have to be ok with a bunch of BBC, which is not something I'm into. Our Red String is much better about allowing you to bypass it without eliminating whole sections of the game.
