Really mature story line. If the game had real life like visuals, it must be tranding right now.
I would say the artstyle is quite realistic? If not semi-realistic. Of course it's "mature" its a game for adults

does anyone know whats the name of the typ of this game? Or does someone know other games like this? I like the storyline with decisions and without searching for the right spot to progress the game. I hope you unterstand me, my english isnt the best.

I hope you dont mean generic 3d models because those suck, if you talk about adding more details to the illustrations to make them look more realistic then I agree.
I havent played this version yet, but it seems like the story is already done and these last updates have been mostly to fix some errors. I would like to continue the story though
