If you count the small updates, it's going to take him 7 to 8 years before he finish the game, if it's not abandoned by that time.
Another update that takes maybe 5 minutes to read through. This one with no lewds. This is getting really old! I want substantial amounts of content which I dont think Im gonna get unless I wait for 6 months before DLing.
I would think that if the updates are going to be so small, the dev would at least supply them as a delta rather than having you download the entire thing each time. If you do each chapter as a separate script file this isn't that tough... the end of a chapter can check for the existence of the next chapter's script file and end or continue based on the result. Pack up that file and any image files in a zip and let 'er rip.

If you look from the beginning to where it is now. there is a lot of content. Yes each update isn't much. But it is still updated multiple times a year. Other games get maybe one or two that I am following and just as small as these. I have been playing since the beginning so i get it. Only difference is I can wait.
five acts at a time and they go by super fucking fast each update and is really not no decisions or anything it plays out like a kinetic novel instead of a VN rendes are great ut the story is dull as fuck the blonde sister is the only bright spot of the VN otherwise it is a lame as fuck

It had new sex scenes in it, but... sorry, the same threeway but with different participants doesn't feel 'new'. Everyone's waiting for the aunt or mom to get involved, the dev should realize returns are diminishing and finish the incest harem that's the obvious end of this story.
