Pretty good game so far but if you're waiting to get the mom best you wait.
You at least get to bang both sisters and 2 other girls but very little with the aunt.
Would have helped to have more choices rather than just letting the mc make thoughtful decisions and get talked into scenarios.
I'm going to support this Dev for 1 month to see if I can somehow I can communicate with him/her and hopefully encourage to get more updates.

Dev is good for updates - they're more or less produced like clockwork. Dev is not so great for quantity - the updates are usually small, especially given there's only one route (KN, no choices). Tease with the aunt and mom is obviously because when those things finally happen, the project is over.
Meh more chicks just makes it boring. Top it off lowers the quality of the interactions. It won't be a bunch of different scenes with different setups. instead it will be quick with bad shots. I'd rather have a small cast with better character development and interactions then a bunch of chicks that look the same with different hair.

Blonde sis has been the primary instigator since about the second scene. It would actually be plot-appropriate for her to decide to get pregnant for her next taboo thrill. And by the time the kid is old enough to join the harem, the mom and aunt will be possibly thinking seriously about it too.

Yep. I can't recall if the exposed boob is new or was in the end of the previous update, but c'mon... exposed boob in a story about three incestuous siblings pulling their mom and aunt into the harem along with a side girl? A briefly exposed boob is about as exciting as reading an old recipe.
This Dev needs to take a look at Away from home so he/she can learn to make a good incest game.

The story itself is fucking boring no imagination at all bellow average, the "choices" are all fake doesn't matter what you pick it always ends how the dev wants, the only positive thing is that the game runs ok, overall it's pretty shity.
Meh I don't mind fake choices in porn games myself. I hate when you make a choice that doesn't seem bad then it's immediately a game over.
