In all honesty, chasing one's mother or sister is even sicker than chasing an underaged girl - because that girl will ultimately grow up, while the sister and mother will ALWAYS retain that same status - yet almost no-one tries to claim that the latter ain't sick. So yes, that's definitely screwed up, yet it still seems to be the main kink of an average "customer" here.
The same applies to the majority of games here. It's kind of a challenge to find a non-incestuous game on this site (as that cringeworthy "landlady" and "tenant" nonsense obviously belongs to the same category). So yeah....
looking forward to some optional pregnancy content in the future!
