If you play on older Operating Systems like Windows 7, Microsoft c++ Redistributable 2015 needs to be installed.
For Android:
The game is split into chapters for Android because of the 2gb limit. Only one can be installed at the same time, but save games are compatible between chapters.
For Mac: If you get the "The app HailDicktator is damaged and can't be run." error, there is the following workaround, until I can find another way to fix it:
1. After downloading the game. Extract the app using "The Unarchiver" (the default unzip program of mac might mess up permissions)
2. Open Terminal. (go to Applications -> Utils -> Terminal)
3. Type "xattr -cr Downloads/HailDicktator_x.x.x_macOS/HailDicktator.app" (without quotes. Replace _x.x.x with the name of the folder, you can also use tab to autocomplete)
4. Press enter, and there shouldn't be any error or other message. After that, you can play the game as normal.

Use the mouse wheel to roll back/forward.

Type into the cheat bar in the hotel management panel (without quotes) (press the hotel button).

A great game, that keeps getting better. The animations are awesome, and the render quality is some of the best I've seen. The characters are engaging, and the story gets more and more interesting.
If you like BDSM and harem games, then this is the game for you. The built in walkthrough and cheat system is perfect for people that don't want to grind too much and like to have different venues for engaging in different sexual encounters.
It's about 15 hours of game play (so far), so don't get discouraged in the beginning. The mystery of the island and how the girls are involved is worth the wait, because when the sex starts, the flood gates are open. You can have multiple quest lines working at the same time, so there is always something to do. Everything is repeatable, and the built-in Gallery helps you relive your favorite events.
If you decide to be gentle or strict with the girls, there is always something to do. Never a dull moment.
I like the maid though, she's hot af, really like her.. again, good attempt, keep at it!
I has deleted two chapter recently, then download the 3th chapter, unfortunately, Almost gallery I choose on android version cannot be opened, I choose it but nothing happened.

this is so phoned in - altogether too much emphasis on the 'role playing' of the MC - the story/plot advances not at all.....

Him having the girls build a strong bond together, is PART of the plot line that you're so eager to dismiss. Not to mention the fact, that he recently added another 6 characters, that will further advance the plot from the POV of Nyx, and what she is planning in the other facility with the faction. If they attack, and the girls are still fighting with each other, then they will lose. They are stronger together! As has been proven, in the Paris mission. So, yeah. No lost plot line. Dumbass.

This game has so much to do. I've been playing the game for about 8 hours total, and I'm only about 75% through the quests. The fetishes are not my favorite thing to do, but I like how it was integrated into the story, so it didn't seem so weird to me, after a while.
The render quality is really good, and the cheats for money and relationship work just as described. The animations are really nice, especially for Scarlet and Alice. Yuki is really funny. The whole story is really funny, and the mystery of the island is keeping me interested. The only complaint I have, is the lack of romance choices. There are only about 10, or so. BDSM isn't my favorite fetish, so some more of the other choices would be nice too. I really like the game, and it's really fun to play. I highly recommend the cheats if you don't want to grind for money in the beginning.
