Err, curious, do you mean Violet the side character that only shows up with the code? Or do you mean someone from the main story, that I somehow missed?
Once Maria stops talking to you for that event, click on her door every couple days to check if she's fine, until you finish up her thing. (If I recall she will actually knock on the main Lobby door in the morning.) Then she will want to sleep with you, and you can select her from your room's door.
You can't fuck Lucia *in* Kali's room, however you can go into Kali's room, talk to Lucia, and fuck in the utility room.

The Beta 3 has all the same content as the finished version of V6, and the only difference should be bug-fixes.
