Go to her room, knock on the door, talk to Maria, ask her to go to the beach.
I m trying to get list more than lvl 4 lust, is it possible? That do anything?

Nope, there's no benefit to getting her to a higher lust, except eventually she will wake you with sex when it's at four or five. (Been a while, so I don't remember exactly.)
