The 'ifuckedlucy' code probably makes so the story progresses as if you fucked her in case you didnt when you had the chance during the trip in the middle of Kali's event, and its a one time only trigger.
I mean, possibly, but honestly with specs like that you shouldn't be expecting to play just about *anything* with good performance.
Kali is best girl and I will fight anyone who disagrees. Autumn and Lin are a close second tho.
