He is just a ragebaiter with a dysfunctional penis. So don't listen or pay attention to him. He hates his life because of it. So the only thing that stiffen his small penis is by ragebaiting. He needs some Snickers to quell his attitude.
I have now reported him after I paid for 7 months and he pocketed my money without giving anything in return.

You made the biggest mistake of your life. Well, you can do what you want with your money. Xenorav is still working on the update. He has this trend where he goes quiet and focuses on the game. Eventually emerges with news or an update. Another reason is that you won't get anything back. Are you willing to go to court to settle this? What happens if it backfires on you? Xenorav is no scammer. Xenorav has done this before and was even generous enough to disable payments for months when updates were released.
You can't expect people to be like robots and be 24/7 working on the game. These people are humans and have a life. They need money to support themselves and to have a roof and food on their table. The last thing I heard is that he has a job and still works on the game. CH 10 progress is going well as he planned. He even showed the progress report before he went silent. Check the f 95 zone for more details. On there, you have all the supporters and people close to Xenorav.
You don't need to pay him. He's not forcing you. The payment is up to you, if you want. Also, you can play the game for free, like I do, if you like the game and enjoy it. Then, you can support him by just playing it and recommending it to others. This Dev has put too much effort and time into giving us a masterpiece, only to be called a scammer by people who don't appreciate his work.
