0.5 is a test version for now. I assume it will be published for Android once the version has been finalized.
And it's likely riddled with bugs.
And: Android versions usually aren't managed by the game dev.
They're ports to Android by someone else.
The reason why 0.5 isn't on Android, is because the porter hasn't done it yet, or they know all the Android players will bitch about it being full of bugs, despite it saying "test" in it's version number.
Admittedly, the PC players likely will as well, but in general I've found PC players to be more intelligent than those on Android.

This game is not that good. Too many one choice click options and too much dialogue that goes nowhere. It's not terrible. I've seen much worse. It's definitely not a better game than Being A DIK or COBD.
