It's possible this is Dev is working alone and that maybe he's still a bit inexperienced in developing. The dev is possibly trying to be an overachiever with this game. There are so many devs who just make games with no sound and no music, sometimes no animations. This dude has given us a top-notch quality game with music, sound, smooth animations with jiggle physics, moaning sounds, and beautiful unique models Who other Dev has done that? 5 years is nothing. Many of the games outside AVN take more years to develop. For example, the new game, Black Myth Wukong, it took 6 years in development.
I worked on many AVNs before, its not as complicated as you think, even someone who never worked on DAZ and never coded can produce that update in less that 5 months by simply following free YouTube tutorials or buying a cheap course... Let alone 5 years.... I know the industry well... And I'm speaking from experience.
