From the way it ended. It's possible that we may get a sex scene with younger cousin next update. For the Aunt, maybe the next update too, but I doubt it. More likely in Chapter 11 or 12. The reason for that is the pace of the buildup, with all the teasing scenes with the Aunt.

Does anyone know how to delete your saves in these games if you want to start over. It's almost like they go into a cloud. I went into my saves folder and deleted them but it didn't work
hover mouse over the save slot and pressed "Delete" key on your keyboard to delete. You can also go to "game/saves" and delete the file there. The save file also reside in "%APPDATA%/RenPy/game_directory" on Windows

They are usually saved in c:/user/documents/...like most video games do it. That way if you uninstall the game itself the saves are still around.
Look for the game folder it could be named hp or heart problems then check it you will find save games and delete them.
