This is for the uninformed individuals who believe this developer is a milker. This Dev can't milk supporters if they closed their Patreon. Tell me, how can they still milk with a Patreon being closed? This dev releases updates regularly and never disappears after that.

Do you see the pattern of a regular dev not milking, and even if they are, what's the point of it? The majority of the Devs who make AVN games are 80% milkers. Just because you don't get what you want doesn't make them a milker. They have already brainstormed their story, plot, and sex scenes way before the development of the game.
FYI: How did I got those dates? Through digging around the internet. It did cost me some time.
Thanks, but you posted it yourself...there were four updates in 2021, and from 2022 onwards it got worse and worse...only two updates and then only one a year. You can see the trend here! The periods of time also became longer and longer. Thanks again for the great list...I don't have to post it to show it.
The reason why Xenorav was active early on was due to the COVID pandemic. After 0.5, they mentioned getting a job in a Patreon post, and that they also wanted to make the updates longer, hinting that it would take more time to develop. The reason they went that route, of making updates longer, was due to requests from the majority of their supporters.
Would you rather play bits of a chapter/version, or would you rather play the full chapter/version instead?
This is speculation from my digging. It's said that Xenorav may be working in a big development studio/company working on a game. And if this is true, then maybe they hardly have any time to work on Heart Problems. Though the good thing about it is that maybe they're refining their skill in the process.

No, you're wrong. He closed his Patreon. Patreon didn't close it because of milking. Xenorav did it himself. I know this because someone on Patreon said so, and they work for Patreon as a financial support. Patreon had nothing to do with shutting him down.
For real, why the downvotes when it's the truth? Several Patreon financial supporters had claimed that Patreon had nothing to do with closing Xenorav's Patreon page. It's the truth, he abandoned the game entirely. So no more Amelie sex scene, and no more milking. What a shame this game had the potential to be a masterpiece alongside Being a DIK.
his Patreon might be down but the official site for the game is not and he still has subscribers there took 1min to find that out one update a year is what you call a milker especially when its as small as the once he is bringing out
One Update a year, you say? So, you're calling every developer a milker who releases updates once a year, including Dr. Pinkcake, CheekyGimp, and so on. What a poor sore loser, impatient crybaby. Many games that get updated a year, has more content, 10x more, than a game that receives monthly updates. Check out Guilty Pleasure's new update and compare it with a chapter from Heart Problem, you'll see a huge difference.
