Ivy's sex scene is one of the hardest to get. You have to be on the blue pill for the large erection, have an erection at the time, and have her with high affection and lust, then time it so you run into her in the hallway the second time and it happens. Faye posing at the pool is the same thing...have to be on the blue pill.
The top left green button on your phone gives info on each girl, select this and at top of each girls profile are Stats, Trophy & Achievements tabs. Select Achievements and you open a tab with scenes that are available for each girl, hover over unearned greyed out achievements for tips on how to earn them.
