After much experimentation, to get the Gym Shower scenes with the girls (late game), you will need between 81-89 Lust (no more, no less), between 91-99 Endurance & she will need between 81-99 Lust. Also most required the second swimsuit (moderately revealing) with some also allowing the final swimsuit (most revealing). Have fun.
