The UI is pretty usable, and each girl has her individual (in my opninion pretty well-written) background. IT's just that you can bearly enjoy it because you are constantly in worry, that one of your exhaustively grinded stats does not meet the requirements for a certain scene, and you have to reload an older save or you have to find another way to force those stats to their respective levels
