You are wrong. You do decide. In chapter 5, when you meet the big giant woman. At the end of her arc, you're asked by the dev whether you want to continue seeing her or not. If you agree to continue to see her, you'll also see sex scenes with her. Other than that, you only see her for plot purposes, sex scenes with her are excluded, if you refuse. I'm currently playing this and just finished ch 5
