as of v0.20, you can f*ck Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang alike, sadly not much pregress with Pyrrha or Coco, while Nora and Velvet who're on the beach image, are not even in the game yet, in any form. Besides perhaps being mentioned by the others in dialogues that is.
Oh, also there's threesomes with a Ruby+Weiss pair, or a Blake+Yang pair respectively, but if you go for the Blake+Yang titjob threesome, save before you do. That scene isbugged, you'll get stuck.
I'd like to play this, but the constant screen flashing during normal dialogue is too distracting.
