I got into prison by finishing my first massage, then got teleported there still in my robe... Though I don't think that helps you much.

Started the game. Movement is a bit clunky, but bearable. The chat system feels very odd. When I chose the patient's pov, it did nothing. I was still controlling the starter character, so that seems pointless.
