You said it yourself, a "body dismorphia", so it would be more like a physical illness then than a mental one.
However, even that is not true, transgender (since we were clearly talking about the T alphabet letter) suffer of a "gender dysphoria" (not a "body dismorphia") and by extension of an emotional and mental "disorder" (not "illness").
About the other alphabet letters of LGBT, it has already be proven that there is no correlation between your sexual orientation and your mental sanity. After all, if there was there will surely was for smokers, drug customers, car worshipers, and so on, but there is not, yes?

Well, rectification, this fucking scene ruined the whole game as itās just a shit-fest as the more it goes the less sens it makes. Just KILL HER for once, instead of "raping" her.
So, I got a little farther (doing my best to ignore the madness that happened), thinking at some point that I could have even give it the 5 stars (minus the 2), but then the dev made the biggest mistake (IMO), imposing me a girlfriend! Dropping my rating for this game to 0.5 starts (even if the story is great and engaging, the humor good, even more with this Freaky Parade that I love, BUT, that mistake break the whole point to the choices we made until then and thatās unforgivable ā well, giving me a mandatory girlfriend is already enough to me to give a 0 star if I can, so itās a double whack).
I mean, at the start of the game we start a fake relationship with her (for "plot reason"), itās already borderline but okay, we also get some situations where the MC express by himself his fanciness of some girls (including her ofc), itās a common mistake, so itās also okay, BUT, during the aquarium event we got the choice to either flirt with her or joke around, the scene follows okay, BUT, AFTER, once outside of this aquarium she spelled out her love to us and we can only witness the MC respond in kind (note that we got no choices there!).
Okay, itās still not here for now but the remake seems promising, no mandatory sex or relationship with anyone anymore while still having good quantity of those anyone interested.
