Sadly, v8.1 is unplayable. First try I got exception errors pretty much whenever I did anything. Second try, the game errored at launch. If VREN is reading, my advice is remove the redundant "do something" and go straight to actions. And PLZ, make Steph look like Steph with settings loaded from LR1.

I just finished the first game and it was pretty good, now I'm starting this one and for some reason all the girls' faces look like men lol. Im not a fan of anime but the models of the first game were so much better.

Good grief. The GAME part of the game looks amazing so far. Some actual complexity and, you know, shit to do. No railroading towards some scenes. Unfortunately, oh lawd the art. Lab Rats 1 was pretty decent on that front, this one is a huge downgrade in comparison. Is all of it temporary art?

Commenters need to relax. Yes, this game is buggy right now. But you should look at the number on the current version. The developer hasn't even gotten to v0.2 yet. Lab Rats 1 was great, and you can see the ambition behind this project. Ya'll ought to be more constructive in your posts.

considering how long this has been in development, ambition and implementation are worlds apart. the time for constructive was a long time ago and was expressed many times on many sites. game was buggy and poor looking 8 months ago....what's changed? not alot

unless you are actually contributing to the development of the game you can't complain, has an overall look you can safely say this project is more ambitious than the previous meaning it will and should require a lot more time to reach a decent beta status
