I really like the game but is it me or does the most beautiful girls are those I can't have relation with (young Kira as opposed to older Kira, half-sister, Lexi's fan in the queue). And I wonder: is there author mean or just tasteless? š
So your idea of good taste is to "have relation" with characters that are insignificant to the plot just because they are more attractive in your personal opinion? Darn these devs....
The only thing that sorta sucks about this is that you couldn't have a deep romance with everyone because it pisses me off so much when they're right there and you couldn't help them or be there for them which really bugs me. I hope this game goes in a more harem fashion because this game really had that vibe until it makes you choose one of them, for good.
Harem is a double-edged sword. Story isn't terribly realistic if every girl is just fine with you having everyone, unless you put a plot device at a societal level LOL. But it adds replayability too, so you can see a different outcome. One of the few LEGIT complaints I see a lot is that choices have no consequences, but then everyone wants those consequences to end the same way, having every girl...
I don't think it's a double edged sword considering there's WVM, The Visit, Sisterly Lust, Motherless and Parental Love that have those plot paths that resolves itself, but as much as I agree with the replayability, the fact that this game gets so depressing as times that deep down you just hope that there's a road where things can resolve itself eventually, and all the girls will have a good time with the MC and each other, which makes it more joyful and able to fap at the same time.
And it's also bullshit in that I did so much to cultivate my relationship with all the girls, hoping there will be a sweet big surprise, only to learn that the dev just throws a damn wrench in there, saying you can choose one, and in many of the scenes it shows the MC having a lovely time with all these girls, and now you can only pursue one, now that just ticks me off.
Not really sure how Dev thinks he can continue without writing 2 completely separate games Players who were on one path will not be satisfied with minor dialogue changes.
This game is done, stick a fork in it... which is a shame since it is a great game. I don't know perhaps the Dev had a tragedy in RL and this is cathartic to them. If so my condolences, at the appropriate time I hope they start a new project. This one is kaput. WHY? Players who were on a specific path now need to start a new game... with no guarantee that chapter 8 will not end in a plane crash, chapter 10 will not have someone step in front of a bus etc.
I believe that new paths will open up for people who were on that specific path. The dev cannot leave them hanging. We have to wait for the next update.
Can't? The dev has left all on that path out to dry already. They went all in several chapters ago, all of the current characters know that they are 2nd choice. Dev can save it by bringing in a new character or pulling a "Who shot JR?" (google it).
OOPS... apologies. Right show, wrong character. 40 years plays hell with the memory. Change that to " How did Bobby die?"
