The futa stuff is bad but luckily it's skippable. The graphics aren't bad tho but overall it's pretty rank beside the futa garbage. I played this awhile back and it's basically a messed up Rough Sex game as you basically drug and Rough Sex every girl so if that's your thing then I guess it's for those people.
