Well, there is actually very little NTR-content in this game. SPOILER: The NTR-tag refers mainly to the MC's sister having a secret relationship. The player has the choice to stop this by confronting his sister or to keep watching. The player still has the chance to bang the MC's sister anyway. The MC even degrades the Elves' king to a beta cuck by fucking the Elves' queen in front of him while the whole court being present. For every other girls the MC is the only one to seduce/corrupt them.

Need a fucking walkthrough to complete the story can't make any progress without it.

I agree that the MC starts as a lazy, inexperienced and even a little dumb character. But in my opinion the MC develops not only in his magical abilities and success with girls but also in taking more and more responsibility. I do not like NTR-content myself. But critizising/donw voting this game for its NTR-tag/-content alone, is way off in my opinion. That's because while playing the game my progress was not only driven in order to bang all girls but also to see story and MC develop.
