I played this game for days both bars 100% on both girls, no sex option, no nothing. And what is worse one small mistake and you lose like 40% if not all the bars.
Seriously I have no idea where the sex is, but on android there is no sex option only talk about it.

18.08.1b is unstable, the bugfix version is 18.08.1f (or newer). This version has several broken events and scripting errors which will hinder progress with the girls. It's not worth spending hours grinding in this broken state to find you can't go any further.
You can actually have sex, just go to dates and finish with 100%, after some dates (at least Sasha) will have sex with you.
This game requires a walkthrough to get anywhere. The way the event system works is unfathomable without knowing precisely what is required to trigger the next event (time / location / inventory / RNG).
Sure, Sasha auto-unlocks early on so you can get a single sex scene.
There's a hint system now that gives clues on how to progress the girls' stories via the smarthphone.
