Yes there is, the command is hero.money = 10000, and other cheats are hero.charm.score = 100, hero.fitness.score = 100, hero.knowledge.score = 100.
I can only get up to 20% friendship and desire from both bree and sasha.

I played this game for days both bars 100% on both girls, no sex option, no nothing. And what is worse one small mistake and you lose like 40% if not all the bars.
Seriously I have no idea where the sex is, but on android there is no sex option only talk about it.
Seems like the Android version has no options for both the girls' sex scenes even when the stats are high enough
For Bree you can't ask her for sex even if the stats allow you to
For Sasha she would agree but nothing else happens
