No, it doesn't. A paradox is based on contradictatory informaition or statements. A paradox may arise because of hypothetial time travel however the concept is not unique to it.
Yeah that's not what paradox means at all. A paradox is just a thing, person, situation, phrase, etc... that is in some way contradictory. A TIME paradox is a paradox caused by time travel. Like becoming your own grandpa. It's contradictory to be your own grandpa so that's a paradox. Time paradoxes are just one kind of paradox.
