Lunar's Chosen is a fantasy based, story heavy, adult game.
Play as the main character who is bestowed the ability to read minds by the Goddess Lunar, but that's not all his power can do, even if he doesn't know it yet.
Help him discover more about his abilities and the people around him as he navigates this new found power. Meet with a witch who knows a lot about magic and quite likes to experiment using the new and unusual form of magic you now possess.

I will take the opportunity to repeat (and reformulate a bit) my answer to another comment below concerning cheat-codes too.
Cheat-codes arenāt supposed to be the way how game devs makes optional contents toggle-able, itās really bad game design by itself.
The game provides the option to enable/disable the content when you get to that point in the story.
Ok, I didnāt play the game myself to know. But then why they all talk about cheat-code to toggle it... unless you are talking of when they face a potential futa, in thatās the case then itās also bad game design, people generally donāt want to get to this point to specify whether or not the game will include them.

Then you lost interest in him/her.
After that game ask:
"Do you want "disable Futa"?

Devs are dumb. You NEED OPTION OF DISABLE BEFORE ANYTHING. Or you lose all players not interesed in futa content,
Totally agree. Even if I am myself totally into Gay/Futa/Trans content, it is really considered bad design to ask the player only when already confronted to the content.
It should be asked way before, like in the settings or at the very start of a game (and same for Hetero content, as some games do).
And if itās character wise then, if opt on, ask during the presentation of the said character without showing this part obviously.
Seems to be buggy.. can't progress... Game gives hint "to do more photoshoots" but I can't... Clients and Friends ran out... and can't progress with Meg, only states "have no reason to go there"... sucks!
You have to go to the Photo Studio at Evening. Then new Clients/Friends show up... cryptic as shit!

I mean, harem games in general, I don't like those game because they are generally made in way I don't like[1] and sometime we don't even have the choice regarding which character to include or not.
1: Like, all the characters will just fall for you without any reson, or you will have a stupid mind-control power as only way to be with them (because otherwise the MC is just a grown brat that don't have real good side to seduce with).
