You have 2 possibilities: go to https://www.saveeditonline.com/, upload your save, search for the word "cash" and change it, or download version 0.7 from the developer's Patreon page and use the code "givememoney" ( without the quotes).
I recommend the second one because, even if you need to download the game again, it is much easier to do imho.
