I think when Devs reset a game they should also reset the counter next to the title of the game. This should say 'Lust and Power V0.01' so people know that its gone back to the start.
Damn, this used to be one of the games I was anxious about updates, but - somehow - most of the sex scene have been taken out of the game and now it's just grinding with no reward.

What happened
That is a side effect of using a version of the incest patch that is for an earlier version of the game. For example, if you are playing version 0.40 but applied an incest patch designed for version 0.32, all of the scenes from after 0.32 will not appear. Try either playing without the incest patch or finding a newer version of it.
