Go to the kitchen and enter the left door, where you'll see a very small flickering sign. Click to put the rice in the bucket.
Go to the third floor and open the door by clicking Nitroglycerin.

How do you get past the scorpion in the church basement ruins to get the page?
Go out of the main building and find Simon's car keys just outside the door. Open the car door (the one on the extreme left of the screen) and get the black light bulb. Combine this with the flashlight to be able to see the scorpions and get the KS page.
Get the blacklight bulb from the storage room at the 3rd floor and use it with your flashlight.
At the entrance of the mansion, you can find simons car keys. Open the car, collect the items, and when you go to the church basement, connect the flashlight with the new bulb to be able to walk your way through the skorpions and collect the page

for those who been using MAC, u just need to replace "data, movies, img, and audio" folder files from www folder(windows) to app.nw folder(MAC). then u can continue as normal
