I had similar difficulty locating all the pages. I followed the walkthrough and managed to locate all the my missing, seven, Kamasutra pages. However, the walkthrough is not very well organized. It did help some. The missing pages did not appear instantly when performing a task or search a specific spot. You have to go to different areas/teleport away and then go back again to the location you searched and the page will be there waiting for you. (It's not a huge problem or bug.)
