In Android version V17111, after Amanda leave from father's office and I open the safe ...a message is displayed that this chapter is done..
Does it mean that I have to wait till the next update for Android or there is something I'm still missing ?

Yes. It is the same for pc version as well. The safe should give you one more kamasutra page. If it doesn't. exit the room and re enter it and punch that code again.
To open Parker's office, you need to go in the Chappel, where Parker's body is located (i think it is on the first row from the right hand side). There you will get a security pass for Parker's office.
for a rpgm game, this is the only one i like.
the other tends to be annoying,boring and could have easily have been rendered in renpy instead, and it would have been the best choice aswell.
but this game is done well with a good balance between sex and mysteries.
only complaint is to short updates.
