you must check every room and turn them off. there are 7 radiators total. It is not that hard, i done it.
some rooms have a red colored valve. It's very small and easy to miss. Not all rooms with radiators have them. i recall it was only 2

I like that this game has additional outfits you can have your sex partners wear during the sex acts. Really cool. These can be purchased with coins you find throughout the game world. The leveling up is nice too.
