you can open the basement door, but that has nothing to do with the "Dolly wheels" that are need to move the boxes in the third floor
By 21% completion i already had a chip, but the other 3 are in the fathers room, in the chest near the nuns room and in the 2nd floor south of the security room, to grab them all you need at least 1 skeleton key, winged shoes and turned on at least 6 heaters
the key for the last chest should be in the trashcan of the most recent open room of the right tower 2nd floor, the key-card to this room is found in the forest 2nd zone if i'm not mistaken

yes you can, you have to find the heart containers and then give them to any of the characters, just means you have to do more walking around instead of the normal difficulty
